Beyonce Or America Ferrera
Beyonce first wore this fabulous pale blue ruffled Malandrino dress to the "Billboard's 4th Annual Women In Music". She looked amazing in this fitted dress. I loved her sleek hair but her ivory Sergio Rossi peep-toe heels were a big snooze.
America Ferrera recently wore hers to "25th Annual Imagen Awards Luncheon". I was blown away because it has been a long time since I witness Ferrera in color! She looked incredible and she had the nerves to paired it with delicious red Chrisitian Louboutin peep-toe heels.
Both women looked outstanding but America pop of color won this one for me!
