Kevan Hall Spring 2009When I first view this spectacular apricot silk charmeuse Kevan Hall ruffled gown on the runway, I was hoping someone would rock this stunning creation on the red carpet. Two years later Debbi Morgan from "All My Children" answer my prayers.
She looked beyond remarkable in this dress. I adore the embellished belt. The color is simply gorgeous. She looks literally like a fairytale princess.
An elegant up-do and dangling earrings completed her look.
