My fashion icon looked marvelous as always in her applique floral detail Prabal Gurung dress. I am sure she picked it up at the exclusive Ikram boutique in Chicago.
Rogers is known for her edgy pieces from Duro Olowu or Comme de Garcons so it was a treat to see her in this delicate and sweet silhouette.
She completed her look with a cute pixie cut, dangling earrings and silver criss-cross heels.
