I love Tracee Ellis Ross because of her funky quirky style so I was surprise to see her in this cheap shimmering dress she wore to the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards.
I don't know which is worse? The dress, her saggy breast or her dusty fringed Christian Louboutin boots?
